Rememberance
8th Nov 2018
This week we spent some time learning about why we wear a poppy at this time of the year.
We made poppies from paper plates and painted our version of Flanders Fields using bottle tops
to print our poppies with. We also learned a poem to help us remember what we learned.
We shared it in assembly with everyone....
I have a little poppy
As red as red can be
I wear it to remember
Those who died to make me free.
